DARe invites operators to manage retail space at Anggerek Desa

The space for local MSMES will house three food and beverage vendors and another four for other retail

Darussalam Enterprise (DARe) is inviting operators to manage a container-style facility for food and beverage and retail outlets at the Anggerek Desa Technology Park (ADTP).

Located adjacent to iCentre building, the space will comprise of three 20 ft. x 8 ft. containers for food vendors and another four units 10 ft. x 8 ft. for other retail. The container units will be spaced out in a rectangular U-shape, providing a central patio space for customers and startups to dine and interact.

Operators applying are expected to invite local startups and maintain quality and cleanliness of the facility, as well as organise networking and promotional activities.

The new facility is part of DARe intended to create opportunities for local micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), who are registered under ROCBN, and have been operating for under a year.

MSMEs will be able to test and validate their products in a real market setting at the facility paying affordable rent using it as a launch pad to gain experience for future expansion.

The operation of the new facility is to commence for the month of Ramadhan.
