Luxe Development has partnered with Hoco Agency and The Creative Core BN (TCCBN) to roll out a modern studio space called Avenue 41 in Kiarong for rent.
The 1,000 square feet space, located on the ground floor of Bangunan Suasa, comes with a fully equipped kitchen, furniture and a retractable floating table in the center, as well as a premium surround sound system and displays by Bang & Olufsen and Samson.
The space is largely open and customizable for the client’s purpose – be it a private function or a public event – and sports a modern, industrial aesthetic with polished cement floors and a bare ceiling punctuated by beams and lighting rigs.
Luxe Development, an architectural and property design company, owns the space, with advertising, marketing and branding firm Hoco Agency developing Avenue 41’s identity and startup TCCBN holding the reigns as Avenue 41’s manager.
“At Avenue 41 we’re looking at a space that will allow clients to create, share and inspire,” said co-founder of TCCBN and Avenue 41’s event coordinator Charlotte Lim at their launch yesterday evening. “For The Creative Core, it’s also an opportunity for us to use the space to positively develop creativity in Brunei.”
Project Director at Luxe Ting See Hung and Hoco’s AP&E Manager Josh Lew said that they selected TCCBN to manage Avenue 41’s operations after seeing the startup’s creativity and passion in organizing socially enterprising events.
“I’m confident that Creative Core will be able to bring exciting events to Avenue 41,” said Lew.
“What Hoco have done to transform the space and brand is great, and together with The Creative Core we’ll be able to have a space where you can host workshops, meetings, product launches and many more.”
